Ohayou Nippon!
Me and my son Zach took a 4-hour flight from Manila to Nagoya for a weeks stay in Japan as a part of our so-called tour. I had hoped for a longer flight so I can be able to rest my already sore shoulders since I was carrying a not so heavy 17 kg of carry-on baggage (and not to mention our 64 kg check-in). Honestly, one of the things I hate is moving out of a place. Packing your stuff is already taxing not to mention the emotional attachment to the place you're coming from. I was really anxious in coming to Japan but when I stepped out of the plane and saw how laid back this place is, I told myself that coming here was not so bad at all. From the tidied up surrounding, authentic Japanese cuisine (that I've always dreamed of. Yep, I'm a fan of Japanese cuisine way back in PH) and the very polite and disciplined locals (my phone and vape that I left in the restaurant can attest to that) that I suddenly fell in love with this place.
One day when I get married, I promised myself that I will have my honeymoon here so I can proudly say that one of my kids is made in Japan. LOL.
